I recently finished a brochure design for Springwater Homes, a custom home builder located in Brevard County, Florida. The design is based off of an existing brochure and incorporates some of their latest homes as well as their commitment to green building and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Builders Challenge program. The final brochure was printed on glossy paper with a soft-touch aqueous coating to provide a nice tactile experience to the reader.

Here’s an interesting project I just finished for Limbach Facility Services. It’s a brochure for how they are handling “sustainable design” through their methods and actions. This has become a very popular topic over the past few years, as more and more buildings are LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. The brochure measures 10 inches square and is printed on recycled paper.
