1. Beautiful Residence

    September 10, 2008

I had the opportunity this weekend to take photos at one of American Satellite’s jobsites for their website.  The Sollak Residence is located in my hometown of Wellington, Florida.  Be sure to stop by my Flickr site and enjoy the beautiful home.

  2. Seasons are Changing

    August 29, 2008

    Victoria Park's Oktoberfest

The seasons are getting ready to change, well for some people, not me in sunny Central Florida. Here is one of the latest projects I’ve been working on, an Oktoberfest invite for Victoria Park. One of the fun things about being a graphic designer is enjoying the change in seasons and the different color palettes you can play with. Fall just happens to be one of my favorites because it means Halloween is coming, the surf season is starting up and I love the feeling of the first cold front to push through the state.

    August 9, 2008

  4. American Satellite Website Launch

    May 19, 2008

    American Satellite, Inc. Website

Just finished the new website for American Satellite located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  Kevin Kelly has been a long time family friend, and I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to help him grow his brand and company over the years.  We’ve done several small projects together, and this website has been a continuation of his ongoing marketing efforts.  If anyone needs TV, Satellite, Home Audio or any other items be sure to check them out.

  5. New Business Card

    May 6, 2008

    businesscard.jpg
I’m starting this year off with a brand new look. I’ve been working on re-focusing my services and in the process simplifying my identity. Stay tuned for more updates.

Update: I just came across a fun new project called Business Cards of Bloggers, and I’m submitting mine to be added into the loop. While I’m not a professional blogger by any sorts, I enjoy sharing different aspects of my life & business with everyone else.  If you get a change be sure check out the site, and maybe add your own card.

  6. A Helping Hand

    February 13, 2008

Heart to Heart non-profit branding & identity design
I was approached by Kimberly, one of my largest clients, to help create an identity for a non-profit organization named Heart to Heart. This organization is the new face of the Lisa Merlin House who I previously donated services to. Heart to Heart needed a new look for the organization and a new logo to show their message. Taking the dual heart themes and the idea of transition, here is the final product.

  7. An Award for CT Hsu (and me by proxy)

    January 30, 2008

It’s about time I add some more posts to the blog, as you can tell I’ve been off to slow start this year on the blog. It’s been an extremely busy time, especially with CT Hsu + Associates. But, the good news is two of the projects I was working on won awards. The first is the Valencia Community College Criminal Justice Institute and the other is Boone High School. They won the FEFPA awards in the associated category, which is judged on the architecture and also the presentation of the project (which is where I come in). Both of these presentations consisted of four 20″ square boards for the project which were judged. Below is what the finals looked like.  These are always fun projects, I did several years ago for Song + Associates which won also.

  8. Song + Associates Website Launch

    November 30, 2007

Song + Associates website designed by Smalling Studios
Here’s the latest web development project I’ve been working on.  Song + Associates, one of my former employers, hired me to re-develop a new website for them.  The previous version they had was developed over five years ago by yours truly.   Be sure to stop by and have a look.

  9. Let the Holidays Begin

    Victoria Park Holiday Invitation Design
Victoria Park, based in Deland gave me a fun project to due. Build an invitation for the Holiday Celebration where the light all the lights in the development and truck in snow for the kids.  Unlike the normal watered-down holiday card, I was able to use some imagery that makes the holidays exciting and fun.

    November 15, 2007

    Calendar Design
Today I just signed off on the proof for the 2008 CT Hsu Calendars. I think this is one of the best looking calendars we’ve put together.
