Some days during the fall we’re treated to something really special here in Florida. A truly beautiful sunset. It normally happens when a cold front comes through and clears out the atmosphere. The colors go from a rich, deep orange all the ways to a nice rich purple as the sun goes down. These were taken at the Split Oak Trail.

The weather has been beautiful here in Central Florida with day time highs in the mid-70s. Marisha and I decided to take advantage of the great weather and do some hiking at the Split Oak Trail located several miles from our house. Of course, I can’t resist bringing the camera and snapping some photos on the way.

Marisha’s favorite holiday of the year and a close second for me, behind Christmas. As always, I love carving the pumpkin and the scary movies we get to watch all night. If you haven’t watched the original Poltergeist movie in a long time, give it a go, it’s pretty intense. Anyways, enjoy the photos.
